I started my fitness journey about 10 years ago because I wanted to feel more confident in my own skin. What started as a personal goal turned into a passion, and over time, fitness became a huge part of my life. As I learned more and continued to challenge myself, I realized that fitness is about so much more than just physical results—it's about building confidence, creating healthy habits, and feeling your best both mentally and physically.
Today, I get to do what I love for a living by helping people build strength, improve their health, and feel better overall. One of the biggest things I've learned is that everyone's journey is different.
